Situation
Replace the HRD in maternity leave to implement a transformation and integration project of the HR team, in particular to create a new cluster including North Africa and Turkey.
Objectives : Understanding of the operational model of the business + Evaluation of the HR team in Italy and other countries + Implementation of new cluster + Set up a correct reporting system + Analysis of the key indicators
Results
After 8 months, target achieved and new regional HR organization in place, high recognition and possibility to be hired from the company.
