Éric-Jean Pankowski began his career at Dassault Systèmes in a context of transformation and development. He was responsible for international trade and then for the financial department.
After creating a group of 4 value-added service companies in Montreal, he organised the restructuring of a B2B distribution group in France. He then joined Peat Marwick Consultants to develop business consulting for large accounts undergoing transformation, and then developed a new approach to executive consulting, by executives, by creating a group of operational strategy firms based on seniority and business expertise.
Eric-Jean Pankowski then returned to finance to transform, organise and finance a scale-up in the high-tech sector. He then participated in the creation, management and development of a player in interim management and executive consulting.
He joined X-PM in September 2019 to contribute to the development of the Finance, Industries, Aeronautics and Defence divisions.
Éric-Jean Pankowski is a HEI Lille engineer, has a Master’s degree from ESSEC Executive Education, is an IHEDN auditor and holds two HEC Executive certificates.
