The typical background of an interim manager

An interim manager is a high-level executive with extensive operational and managerial experience who has been in a management position for several years. We offer you the opportunity to put all your expertise at the service of companies and organisations that need you.

To ensure the success of the projects entrusted to us, we support you at every stage of the projects you implement. From the scoping stage to the rollout stage, and then to the handover stage. You will always have the support of one of X-PM’s partners to help you succeed in your projects.

Each project is managed by an X-PM partner. An experienced manager and industry expert, he or she is the key to the project’s success. A true mentor, they support you on a daily basis and boost your performance levels with their sound advice.

Salary package

Your salary may vary depending on the duration and complexity of each project. It is based on a fixed daily rate (not including VAT), and is agreed beforehand with you and the X-PM partner who is managing the project alongside you.

Your status

As a self-employed professional, you invoice X-PM directly with your own company (EI, EURL, SARL, SASU, SAS, limited liability, unlimited company) or, if you prefer, through a freelance agency.

The integration process

All you have to do is create your profile and submit your application on our platform. As soon as we receive your application and once it has been reviewed, our team will arrange an interview with one of X-PM’s partners to further define your profile and identify the interim management projects that best suit you.
