Natalie Valin

For the past 15 years, Natalie Valin has held a number of HRD positions within French and international groups. In particular, she was involved in the creation of the HR department within the Adecco group, where she accompanied the growth and changes in HR.

She also led the merger of Ajilon IT Consulting and Datavance Informatique, now Modis, before joining Imperial Tobacco as Director of Human Resources for the French division.

Natalie Valin is a graduate of Neoma Business School Rouen and holds an MBA in management from Laval University in Canada. She completed her studies with an applied postgraduate degree at HEC Paris and a Leadership Development programme at IMD Lausanne and EM Lyon.
