David Desplas

After working as a financial director in Europe, the United States and Africa in start-ups and small and medium-sized companies, David Desplas has become an expert in interim management in the fields of finance and transformation.

He has comprehensive financial expertise: finance, controlling, consolidation, accounting, financing and treasury, process review with a business partnership approach always present in a dozen industries, in Europe and Africa.

David Desplas specialises in three areas: equity finance, operational finance, management of cross-functional issues such as the management of ERP projects through their initiation and development (SAP S4/Hana and in particular FI and CO modules, HFM, BI…).

He joined X-PM in December 2021 to ensure the development of the Finance Division.

David Desplas is an engineer in computer science and applied mathematics and has obtained a diploma in accounting and financial studies and a certificate in mergers and acquisitions.
