François Beaugrand began his career at Pechiney, where he was in charge of sales management for specialised products, then general manager of the Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne aluminium foundry.
After joining the Alcan Group, where he became global sales manager of the leader in personal care packaging, which he restructured, he was called in by Sun Capital as managing director to lead the industrial and commercial restructuring of the Veriplast Group, a European player in plastic packaging for food.
In 2009, he created an LBO as a majority shareholder, bought the European number 3 in flexible tubes for cosmetics, and then managed its valuation in 2015.
He joined X-PM in 2016 to take charge of developing the Restructuring Industry division.
François Beaugrand is an Arts et Métiers engineer and a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
