Michel Dubosqueille started his career in IT project management at Duolite International (water treatment), where he computerised the plants. He then moved to the Rohm and Haas group (speciality chemicals) in various positions. First as Director of IT Operations for Europe and Asia-Pacific, then as CIO Europe and finally as CIO Corporate. Throughout his career, he actively contributed to the globalisation of information systems.
He then joined Sperian Protection (personal protective equipment) as Vice President and Group CIO where he organised an IT department spread over three continents with a specific focus on business intelligence. After the acquisition of Sperian by the American group Honeywell, he took over the worldwide IT management of the new BU of Honeywell Safety.
Michel Dubosqueille continued his career at Gartner (IT and Digital Consulting for Executives) as Vice President and Executive Partner, then Regional Vice President where he led the Executive Programs BU in France with a double-digit annual turnover growth.
He joined X-PM in 2020 to develop the IT Practice.
Michel Dubosqueille holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Reims, followed the post-graduate course at the Institute of Information Management of the UTC and obtained his Executive MBA at the ESCP.
