After a first experience in compensation consulting at Towers Watson from 1990 to 1995, Tristan Saladin pursued a career focused on two main areas: human resources and the pharmaceutical industry. He started his career at Sanofi Pasteur MSD (95-2001) as Head of Compensation, then at AstraZeneca (01-08) as HR Business Partner. He then held the position of HR Director France at MEDA Pharma (2008-2009), Chiesi Farmaceutici (2010-2019) before being appointed Group HR Director of UPSA-Taisho (2019-2022).
At the same time, from 2010 to 2022, he became a director of HandiEM, the pharmaceutical industry’s association for people with disabilities.
He joined X-PM in April 2022 as Associate Director of Healthcare.
Tristan Saladin is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holds an MBA from Bocconi University.
