Situation
A construction group suffered several cyber-attacks, blocking its information system for several weeks. The company does not have sufficient internal cybersecurity skills to deal with these attacks.
Objectives
To secure the information systems by taking into account the new challenges linked to remote work.
Tasks
Carry out an audit of the security architecture and recommend a short-term and long-term action plan.
Results
The main security gaps were quickly closed. As the global IS architecture was previously exposed to external risks, a long-term operation allowed to isolate the core of the IS.
In addition, the mission was accompanied by a ramp-up of internal teams to develop their skills on the subject.
